The NH Classic Liberal Party seeks to transform our “politics as usual”; to empower free people to make the most of their potential, and to decide for themselves how they wish to live their lives. Our government and Constitution were formed to help individuals improve themselves and their communities. But over time, our government has strayed from its purposes of protecting individual liberties and fostering a framework of mutual consent and tolerance.
However well-intentioned, the result is less choice, more barriers, and fewer opportunities for citizens. Therefore, and in keeping with our Liberal Values, we support policies that will reduce and remove restrictions on individuals’ abilities to interact in a free and open market; that encourage personal agency and choice; that will allow people to move out of the “shadow economy” and freely enjoy the privileges our liberal democracy affords.
